Preparing Your Paper
Structure
Your paper should be compiled in the following order: title page; abstract; keywords; main text introduction, literature review, methodology, results, discussion; conclusion; references; appendices (as appropriate); table(s) with caption(s) (on individual pages); figures; figure captions (as a list).
Word Limits
A typical paper for this journal should be between 4000-6000 words.

Papers may be submitted in Word format. Please do not submit your paper as a PDF. Figures should be saved separately from the text.
Technical Requirements for Articles:
For the mechanics of manuscript preparation, please observe the guidelines below without exception. The Editors reserve the right to reject any manuscript that does not conform to these standards.
- Manuscripts may not exceed 6000 words in length (excluding references), and should be in Microsoft Word format.
- Title Page: The name, address and professional affiliation of all authors should appear on the title page only.
- Heading Font Size: 16 Times new Roman or Calibiri
- Body Font Size: 12 Times new roman or Calibiri
- Abstract: An abstract of no more than 150 words should precede the text of the manuscript. At least 4 keywords should be included for indexing purposes as well.
- Main Document: Please remove all identifying information about the author(s) unless the author(s) are cited in the text. Information about the authors(s) should be given in the Title Page only. Additionally, please remove acknowledgements.
- Graphics: Please convert all graphics to TIFF or EPS format. Line art should be a minimum of 600 dpi, and halftones a minimum of 266 dpi in resolution.
- References: The author(s) are responsible for the accuracy and thoroughness of citations. APA 7th edition needs to be followed
Preparing Your Paper
At the Journal of information technology and scientific innovation (JROITS), we uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing practices. Plagiarism, in any form, is a serious offense and is not tolerated in our journal. We define plagiarism as the use of someone else’s ideas, words, or work without proper attribution or permission, whether it is deliberate or unintentional.
Authors submitting manuscripts to JROITS are expected to ensure that their work is original and has not been previously published elsewhere. All sources used in the preparation of the manuscript must be appropriately cited and referenced. This includes but is not limited to:
- Direct quotations
- Paraphrased text
- Data and statistics
- Images and figures
Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content (more than 10%) will be immediately rejected or retracted from publication. In cases where plagiarism is detected after publication, appropriate actions will be taken in accordance with established guidelines and policies, which may include retracting the article and notifying relevant institutions and authorities.
To detect plagiarism, JROITS utilizes plagiarism detection software as part of our editorial review process. Authors are also encouraged to self-check their manuscripts for plagiarism and ensure that all references are accurate and properly cited.
We take allegations of plagiarism seriously and investigate each case thoroughly. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of scholarly research and ensure that all published articles in JROITS contribute positively to the academic community and advance knowledge in the field of economic sustainability and innovation.
